The living room area was really spacious, the sofa was very comfortable, the bed was also super comfy and it was really handy to have a dishwasher, good-sized fridge freezer and washing machine. The lino in the main living area meant it felt very fresh and clean and also meant it was easy to maintain during our stay.

Staying at Seton Sands from Ryan was a seamless and thoroughly enjoyable experience. The check-in process was incredibly easy—no hassle, no waiting, just straight to relaxation. Seton Sands is in a fantastic location, offering both peaceful surroundings and easy access to the beach and local attractions. The place was immaculate in a quieter part of the park. Comfortable beds. There were 6 of us so was worried we’d be a bit cramped but we weren’t at all. Never been here before as normally go to the west coast but this area is lovely. Good base for lots of attractions.

Everything. Was a perfect location and everything that you could need. Clean and comfortable and everything you could need and to keep the children entertained. Travelled with children aged 10 and 12 who loved it. Very close to the beach and safe for the children. Friendly and helpful hosts
