Very tidy new home, attention to detail & branded extras very good. Comfy beds and plenty of room for us two, but would work well for a bigger family. Lots of storage & wardrobe space which made wife happy. Weather was not great for beach, a short walk away, so we made use of the onsite facilities - pool & evening meal as we only stayed for one night. The onsite pass is better value for longer stays, and there is an onsite shop for fresh provisions where we got our breakfast stuff from. Kitchen in accommodation compact but good enough for basic cooking. Parking next to accommodation is a bonus, other units had to use car park.

The property was in a great location just a short walk to the beach, the owner was very helpful and the place was super clean and tidy with everything you would need

We stayed here because we had intentions to visit the Beamish museum. The location was perfect, caravan was clean and tidy. Also had a great park area for the kids and the clubhouse was perfect for a drink and snacks. I was initially put off by some negative reviews about “feral children” and noise. But it was the quietest caravan site I’ve ever been on (potentially because we went during low season)

The caravan was so well equipped - my sister and I felt like we were staying in a family home rather than just a holiday home. Great location for the beach and a short drive to restaurants shops. Communication with Janice our host was excellent and access couldn't be simpler. Janice left us fresh milk and treats - so welcome after a longish drive. The bonus for us - Pet friendly. We hope to return again - there is so much to see and do in the area. It is possible to buy a pass to use the resort facilities - although we did not.

Our Stay was amazing , caravan was sooo clean , the service was really really good! We booked it last minute and was so happy! The bedding/kitchen/bathroom was immaculate! We had new cutlery’s, my kids loved it!! I will definitely book this caravan again without a doubt!!!
