This holiday retreat is situated 27 km from the coastal village of Vila Nova de Milfontes and Praia do Malhão. Cape Sardão with its community of black storks and lighthouse is a 45-minute drive away. Every is made with love. Paula and Alexandre live and take care of the property very well. They are super welcoming. We had the best experience and to top it all up, they arranged a dinner with all guest staying, everyone with their own background and nationality and we all sat at the table and shared stories and experiences. We are definitely coming back and hopefully be able to try all the other rooms!

The property is non-smoking and is set 22 km from Sao Clemente Fort. We loved this place so much! It was incredibly clean and very comfortable and had lots of useful things in the kitchen for a great stay, such as a coffee press, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. The bed was so comfortable and warm, it was tastefully upholstered throughout. The toilet and shower were clean and well designed. The shower was always hot. Our favourite thing was how peaceful and private it seemed. We walked the nearby circular trail and didn't pass anyone the whole way (13km). Contact with owners was informative but contactless which we liked. It really felt like a retreat!

Manuela was so accommodating and welcoming, super nice to arrive in that way, and she texted me information about nearby beaches and restaurants. Charming converted farmhouse, the photos were accurate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, it was hard to get up in the morning! Well-stocked kitchen, I had everything I needed. Was really nice to be in the quiet countryside, but so close to the nearest town and the beaches. The puppy and kitty cat love was an extra bonus.
