It offers free WiFi and bike rental. We got a very spacious room, and it was super clean and quiet. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mostly sweet, but there was some meat and eggs as well, and delicious croissants. The place is a few minutes walk from the castle.

We really like the architecture and design of this hotel. Really amazing perfume in this hotel! Friendly staff, good rooms and we even received presents from the hotel! Even our dog received presents! We were really surprised by that!

Golf Club Le Fonti is a 5-minute walk from the property, while Bologna is 30 km away. It was an overnight stay, so we couldn't enjoy properly the facilities but for the price, everything was clean, smooth, and the staff lovely. We missed the breakfast because we woke up too late, and it's a shame because it looked wonderful. The location seems to be in a "business" area, so doesn't look that sexy, but it is quiet while still in a walking distance to very nice bars and restaurants, and 10mn from the city center.

The house was very clean,tidy , warm and had everything that you need for cooking. Tbh the property exceeded my expectations. We really felt it like home. The owner also was very nice and polite . I would rate my stay 9.5/10. And I am 100% sure that I am gonna rebook this property .
