Staff is very professional and friendly.

Exeptional stuff, especially Oana! they give us present when we leave, and we were there for only one day. Very clean hotel with beautiful rooms, with everything you need and more! Great SPA with best outside hot jakuzzi(it was raining when we were inside😊) Biggest sauna I have ever seen. Everything was 5 star, and the best thing is hotel himself. Beautiful arhitecture of an old 1850 building which, back then, was iron factory! Every part of the hotel was art....walls, floors, wood and stone of such a beauty! And very expensive and beautiful sculptures everywhere in hotel, that you can buy if you can😊 Very nice garden for rest in the shades and sun. We will be back for sure!

Alfio and Bianca, the resident dogs, were very friendly and visited all the tables at the taverna in the evening. The swimming pool was perfect on a sunny day. Breakfast was generous and sumptuous. It is very close to the amazing restaurant, La Subida. The surrounding countryside and vineyards and luscious. It's a peaceful, green part of the world.
