The room was very clean, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The room is located in big old family house and is located near to the center or Narechenski Bani, about 10 minutes walk. In the house doesn't have terrace. It's perfect for short vacation.

Amazing stay. The house is in immaculate conditions and the photos don’t do the rooms justice. The host is incredible and goes above and beyond with her hospitality. The view off the balcony is surreal with the place situated in the mountains. I would highly recommend staying here. You can access the town via bus from Plovdiv.

Perfect place to stay. The location is great,the owner is fantastic. It's clean and the pool gets cleaned every night. The rooms are big,the beds are comfortable. The hotel is new and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. Will come back.

Elena's house is located in the heart of Kosovo village and offers breathtaking view. Elena herself is very polite and her hospitality made us feel at home. She cooked for us wonderful local dishes. She told us some stories about the place. Our room was very spacious and had exactly what we needed. The house was warm and the fireplace made it very romantic. We will definitely visit Elena again.

The house was amazing, clean and warm with amazing view. Ideal place to take a break from the city and enjoy the beautiful and peace environment and surroundings. The hosts are absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. I had to come after the checked in hours and it was not a problem at all.

Great location - few minutes walk from town centre/main restaurants/shops etc. Its only a 10-15 minute drive to Pamporovo from Chepelare). Great host - Chris is amazing, really friendly, always happy to help, took me to Pamporovo ski resort every day first thing in the morning (he works there as a ski instructor - so you’re the first on the slopes. And as I was travelling alone, he kindly introduced me to other traveller friends to have good company. He made sure I had the best first time ski experience, I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Cosy room - really comfortable, had everything I needed, he provided me with a hairdryer when needed - and I loved the view across the town from the fourth floor, especially for sunset and sunrise. All of this for a great price! Really loved being up in the mountains in this peaceful friendly town. Definitely plan to stay again!

Newly build and very clean place, designed to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was a bit small, but still comfortable. The bed, the pillows and duvet were soft and gentle for the skin and ensured a good sleep The lady that accommodated us was very kind. She was waiting for our arrival no matter that we were late.
