When we booked, we thought we would just get a room in a house with a private bathroom but will be sharing the space with others. But we ended up having the whole floor to ourselves with private access, with 2 separate rooms, a living room, kitchen and private bathroom. It was really a pleasant surprise. The place had a homey atmosphere, smelled good all the time, was so clean, had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, had a small garden outside, and someone helped us with our luggage. Everything was great. Location is good, in a safe and clean neighborhood and several bus stops less than 5 mins. walk from there.

I was there for ten nights. The host is really helpful and communicates quick via email. I really enjoyed cooking for myself, just be nice for other guests and leave the kitchen as clean as you find it. Everything was very clean. The host helped me with all my questions.

The property is located in a quiet area, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Public transportation to downtown is available. The house is clean and well-maintained. There is a washing machine and a dryer on the first floor, while the washroom is on the second floor. Although I had to share the washroom with other guests, it was never an issue during my stay. I was able to use it whenever I needed. The host is friendly and welcoming.

Great place to stay. Near room, convenient proximity to the bus stop which makes it easy to get to any part of the city. The facility has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner was very generous and kind to let me stay longer because there were no check-ins and my flight was late in the evening. Thank you for a great experience!

This property is in an amazing location - buses are so close by and handy, only about a half hour ride out from the city, and a great selection of restaurants in walking distance! As well as a grocery store. I really appreciated the towel and roll of toilet paper placed in the room, and the light that filters in makes it such a nice place. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Vancouver!
