Staff are excellent, very kind and helpful. Location is good and even though it is close to the ferries and the main area, it is relatively quiet. I enjoyed the view of the port from the window.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel has filtered water available from their own filtration plant. Staff was wonderfully kind and helpful. Room was large and comfortable, so was bathroom.

A really nice and familiar place to Stay. You have ~10 min by walking from the Sea (Center). Its a nice and quiet Place to Stay. The Breakfast was amazing! Specially the Garden was also amazing.

I had a problem while staying in Puerto Ayora and Alicia was able to assist me greatly. She called people so I could change ferries and tours. She allowed me to stay an extra night at short notice. The room was always kept extremely clean and tidy and the price of the room per night is extremely reasonable. It is also very close to the restaurants on Charles Binford Street. I would really recommend this to anyone staying in Santa Cruz.

We booked this very last minute after a ferry cancellation and were so impressed with the value for money (although we probably got a good deal as it was so last minute). Our room was huge and the views from the terrace on the top floor are lovely. We were a little worried about noise as the hostal is on Avenida Baltra (main street) but luckily our room faced the back and there were no issues with noise at all.

I highly recommend this accomodation. Everything was perfect. Nice atmosphere and very clean.

The room we got for the price was amazing! Huge, personal kitchen, great shower, air conditioned. We stayed at other hotels in the galapagos that were similarly priced to this one and Zurisadai blew them out of the water

Big bed. Hot shower. Close to water taxi end of town and short walk to the fish market. Nice owner, very helpful. Spoke a little English. Wifi not bad. Loved the shared balcony sitting area.
