Configurable clean room a short walk from old town. Air-conditioning is super strong. There's also a free and secure place to leave luggage before/after your stay which came in handy. Very straightforward check in but be aware the staff communicate your check in info via WhatsApp and are only available off-site so make sure you have roaming to keep in touch. I had no issues. Shampoo and shower gel included in the room.

We loved our stay! It was very central and in easy walking distance to markets and restaurants. The room is comfortable and well equipped with towels, toiletries, and even some drinks in the fridge.

The SB Arenal is only 80 meters from the beach of Palma de S'Arenal and 10 minutes drive from Palma airport. It is 750 meters from the Mega Park and 900 meters from Beer Street.

It’s clean. Every location is easily accessible from the property. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Everything was good. The room was fine and clean, very close to the beach (2 min). The owners are really nice and helpful. Price corresponds to quality, recommend this place!

Very cozy accomodation with home feeling vibe. Nice terrase in fron of the room with sun set view. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. Barbeque in the evening was perfect. Higly recomended.
