Staying at this hotel in Ubud was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I booked through Booking.com and wasn’t expecting to be this impressed. The location is absolutely ideal — it’s central and close to everything you might need, yet it still offers the peaceful, relaxing vibe that Ubud is famous for. The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-decorated with beautiful Balinese touches that made it feel cozy and authentic. Every corner of the property is well maintained, and you can tell that a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. What truly made the difference was the staff — everyone was so kind, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely warm. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also booked an in-house massage, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — calming, professional, and exactly what I needed. If I could give more than 10, I absolutely would. The staffs were so friendly, and the room was also clean. I loved the beautiful garden and swimming pool right in front of my room! It’s less than 30 min drive from Ubud city center so I recommend this place if you want a peaceful stay for your vacation in the green :)
