Very clean and warm location, felt like home. 🤍 Tania is really friendly, nice and helpful, and her dog is so cute and playful (the lids enjoyed it). The location is in proximity of Cagliary, the flamingo park reservation, Porto Flavia etc. Tania is really attentiff, she let us in the room a lot of “treats”, to make the satying really enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely beautiful. Paola, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. She truly cared about making us feel comfortable and welcome. We stayed in two different room category's and both of them were great ! The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so if you looking for something to relax - perfect place to stay.

Place is very clean , better than 4* Hotel standard,cleaning everyday. Gianmarco help you with everything:) I read comment here about noise , but in my case i havent this problem , you should choose right room :)

Wonderful stay, nice location, near to the old town, clean room, beautiful place!. The host Mauro was very friendly and explained us everything, also gave us discounts for beach parking and more… very recommended!.

Viktorija is a wonderful host, and she organised airport transfers for us (great price much lower than the competition), and went out of her way to show us how to get the best out of our stay. The location is awesome 50m from the beach and 15 min bus ride to the center of town.

Beautiful place to stay in a family business. Very warm welcome and very attentive. Rooms are super clean with everything you need especially with British Tourists you've and have an amazing, beautiful toilet. Overall Villa Francesca is spot on in the centre of Pula . Definitely recommend
