The owner of the guest house is an absolute legend. The house is amazing and very cosy and clean. The accomodation has a very authentic Japanese atmosphere. The owner speaks little English but nonetheless tried very hard to communicate with us even though we spoke little Japanese. We still had a great conversation with a lot of laughs. The beds were very comfy, the room was nice and the service was amazing.

Only 20 min walking from the station. Well located on the temples path. Authentic old Japanese house with sliding door, tatami and futon, of course it's not sound proof but it's specified in the description and the guests were discrete. Definitely not a problem for me. I had the big dorm for myself. Nice view. Convenient kitchen and showers. Nice outside area, perfect for breakfast in the the sunlight

One of my best stays ever!!! TOP welcome and TOP service. It's a dreamy place to relax after biking because it felt like home. I really hope to come back. Meanwhile, wonderful memories for the future!

Fabulous stay here, cannot recommend enough. The main thing that stood out for us was the service, the man who showed us round was so helpful, gave us really detailed directions to places, restaurant recommendations with little details, and helped us hire bikes and a canoe. Nothing was too small for him to help us with, and he even fixed the outside shade covering in the pouring rain!! The villa itself was perfect for what we needed, right on the beach (check for jellyfish!) and on the main cycle routes. Shops about a 20-30min cycle ride away, and there were great facilities for cooking. We had a BBQ three out of the four nights we stayed. Overall an 11/10 stay and would definitely recommend, and would love to stay again if we ever come back to Japan!! Thank you!!

We only stayed at the guesthouse for one night, but we really enjoyed our time. Besides the comfortable bed and the great included breakfast, there was coffee, tea, and even a popcorn machine with everything you need to make your own popcorn! It's a family-run business, and everyone is incredibly kind and helpful.

I stayed in the separate room, and it was very nice. The room was kinda spacious, and it was very comfortable. The accomodation is also close to the major spots, and a nice walk away ftom the station.
