You can buy breakfast for few hundred yen. I recommend it. It's tasty and healthy! Super friendly staff and travellers. Great atmosphere and clean hostel! The house is a beautiful old Japanese house. Peaceful neighbourhood.

Really a whole apartment. Kitchen, Bath, Sleeping/Living room. And a rooftop terrace from which one could see and photograph the Tokyo Skytree. The operation is a self checkin one, but the staff is incredibly responsive to messages. I needed an unplanned stay and was able to reserve and get in within 30 minutes around 8pm on the day itself. Absolutely most responsive and helpful staff for not being onsite!

The icing on the cake being that it's right next to Ryogokuyu Metro Line makes the commute easy. And the Room is well set up with all necessary amenities with an experience of Japanese style living.

Our hostess was extremely welcoming and friendly. She couldn't do enough for us. We left our bags here overnight and before leaving for the airport. The room was small but functional. Better for a couple rather than a family. Shared facilities were fine as well. Pretty close to Asakusa with a variety of transport 5-10 mins in any direction.

A recently renovated property, 吉屋 is situated in Tokyo near Kameari Kochikame Statue, Kameari Katori Jinja Shrine and Ario Kameari Shopping Mall.

I had a great time at this very clean and well-kept place. It offers all the facilities of an apartment, making it a comfortable and convenient stay. There are plenty of options for eating out nearby, and the train station is within walking distance. The hosts were also kind enough to give me a lift to the station as I had big bags with me. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

This is a great hostel. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The area is charming. There are multiple coffeeshops and restaurants close by. Kasai Shrine is about 15 minutes walk away. Staff member Reiko is a sweet lady.
