The hosts were delightful and even gave us a lift to avoid the rain. The pension was gorgeous, truly standing out with its distinctive style and attention to detail.

A really lovely couple run this pension,so friendly. Futon very comfortable and everything clean and well presented. A good value charming stay.

The hosts are the sweetest people and so helpful! They went out of their way to assist me and the inn is so charming. The room itself was so cute and everything I needed was available. I love how they decorated the place, it was such a cute vibe. The location is perfect, so close to the station. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Hakodate!

Pension Jokura is the jewel of the city. The location, property, and the facilities are near perfection. I had my first experience in the traditional Japanese room with tadami and futon which are comfortable and clean. Most importantly, a warm welcome and mindful hospitality of the hosts made my day.
