It was a fantastic stay! The studio is small, but has all the necessities, it is super-clean and located in a beautiful, colorful and calm street in the center of Seoul. Included in the stay, there is also a nice breakfast (toast with jam and peanut butter, orange juice, coffee, tea, boiled eggs and cereals). Amy, the owner of the place, is kind and a wonderful person- thanks to her and her kindness we felt very welcome in Korea. After this stay, we travelled through Korea and stayed in other places, but 318 Stay was definitely our favorite. Our best greetings to Amy! If we come back to Seoul, we'll definitely go there.

The room was warm in the middle of winter and very comfortable. The room was very clean and one of the best we have stayed in while in Korea. Perfect location close to public transport and shops. The hose went above and beyond and was very fast to message is I would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time at this gem of a guest house. Momo and Koko are the sweetest hosts and the location in Myeongdong couldn’t be better. My 9-year old son told me he already misses Momo and Koko. We would love to come back.

I loved the decor in my room. I felt safe in this area too and there's little to no noise. I could also leave my luggage before and after check-in/out.

Very clean and neat hostel. It is quiet but central with good access to infrastructure. The manager is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel on Seoul!

In the Jongno-Gu district of Seoul, close to Jogyesa Temple, Hans House features a garden and a washing machine. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

Excellent location and lovely owner. House is located on a quiet cul-de-sac though there are plenty of cafes, restaurants near by and easy access to public transport. Loved my morning walk around Seo-chon. Would love to stay again when I visit Korea next year.

Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is amazing. Waschmachine and fully equipped kitchen available. And dinning Room. The Place of the Guest is quiet Street but still just 10 Min away from Main Hongdae Street where the Life is Colorful and Energetic. I would always come back. The Guesthouse owners are very frindly and helpful. Reply is pretty fast to normal clocktimes.

Landlady is helpful and accommodating.Place is just near Sinchon subway station, walking distance to Hongdae area, Woori bank just around the corner, no problem withdrawing money in won currency. Area is also safe, not noisy at night. Not a hotel but definitely a home away from home.
