- Very beautiful and calm garden with a lot of trees (nice to hear the birds instead of the cars in the morning) - very friendly and helpful hotel manager - nice breakfast (not included, but worth paying extra) - comfortable beds! Clean rooms. Hot water in the showers. - seating possibilities also outside of the room on the veranda with a view atop of the garden.

At IGN Residence Colombo, my travelled needs were exceeded beyond expectation. It is a beautiful colonial-style building. Usually the most important quality for me as a single, woman traveler, is the safety of the accommodation and the immediate vicinity. Secondly I look for exceptional service. Relaxation means not having to do what is expected of me at home. Handcrafted furnishings and choice appointments complemented the discrete aura of these private lodgings. Seeing brand new furniture and towels was a pleasant surprise. In the kitchen, there was also fresh Italian coffee. Located on the central avenue of the city, the house is close to a shopping center, pharmacies, restaurants, and art galleries. It is possible to walk to all necessary places. I found walking along the avenue to be very convenient.

We stayed two nights at Greenscape. The personal was so helpful, and always ready to answer questions. The room was big, clean and nicely ventilated. We enjoyed our stay so much, and would recommend. The place is a Tuktuk ride away from the city, so easy access. Its a quiet area and a small walk away from restaurants

Benjamin the host is great men. He welcomed us so nicely. He also speak very good English. Acommodation is also great , nice room in a safe neigbourhood. Location is also good not far from centar with tuk tuk. We felt here like at our home. I would highly recommend this place in Colombo.

Great little place. Funky common area to hang around in with a good little kitchen area.. the room had great AC, was very clean. I loved the bathrobe, very nice touch. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They had great recommendations for local food places, train station and even dropped me off nearby. Lovely stay

Had a great stay at this place. Actually, the best place to stay while extending your visa:passport office is just 600 m away. It is a nice quite area close to Colombo center. Not on the noisy steer but still close to shops and other facilities. Hot water in the shower, good WiFi. The owner is super friendly and helpful, such a great guy. Highly recommended!
