One of the best properties in dambulla. The room is spacious and super clean. Right from the bath towels to soap, shampoo shower gel everything was provided. We have stayed in a few BB's that's not the case everywhere. Our package included breakfast we came back to the room after sigiriya climb very late but still the host sanjiv and madhu were very kind enough to provide breakfast and allow us late checkout, It was very kind of them. We really enjoyed their company and the endless conversation during dinner. A super good place to stay.

Everything was great from start to finish. Very friendly staff. The owner Athula was very helpful with everything. He personally took me by his tuk-tuk to both Sigiria and Pidurangala for a very reasonable price. Breakfasts were delicious. I can highly recommend staying here!

The owners of the house are lovely. The house was very clean and they treated us wonderfully! The location was perfect for us since we were going to visit the Golden Temple.

I was in the accommodation with Upul and his family, they are very affectionate and very good hosts, the rooms is new are very large and comfortable, the place is away from the noise but close to all the tourist spots. The food is excellent.... for me It is 100% in service and comfort, 100% recommended

The owner went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. He took us on a sunset tour to the most beautiful hidden spot for free! He also drove to Sigiriya after leaving for a very reasonable price. Nothing was too much hassle. He also recommended a great buffet breakfast place only 2 min walk away only 800lkr. The room was so beautiful and felt luxurious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The shower was hot. The AC was great. We felt so relaxed here in the beautiful green garden. Everything you need is only a 5 minute tuk tuk ride away (if you feel like leaving as it is so relaxing here)! We could not have had a better stay, thanks so much!

The owners were really nice. The breakfast was amazing anf the bed was super comfortable! Everything was very clean! It was the first room I felt really comfortable in (travelling for 2,5 weeks already by myself). Can‘t beat the price. It has a lovely terrace, where you can hang out. It is a bit outside of town which was perfect for me. Very close to the golden and cave temple.

Exceptional friendly staff, reaching out to help all the time. Arrange Free tut tut to Dambulla Royal Cave temple. Comfortable bed, quiet location, access to pool was refreshing and the food was exceptional both breakfast and dinner. Great assistance in organising next day travel plans at fair price.
