Hospitality was top notch. The staff is very friendly. A wonderful beach is a two minute walk away. At night there we went to see the turtles. With two lovely swimming pools included I would highly recommend the property for a relaxing holiday.

One of the best experiences in Sri lanka trip within 3 weeks. Amazing place, not only appartment but all Rekava. Definately one of the most underrated places in Sri lanka. If you are in doubts - you definately should go there. Peace, silence, nature, ocean, turtles, amazing people - this is Rekava. Lookout lodge is excelent accomodation - new house, all clean and comfy, perfect location near the beach and turtle watch center. Good restaurant nearby (reccomended by Chami). Excelent breakfast and peacefull conversations with owner. We felt like home there and all our wishes were fulfilled with smile. And - there is a pool now - we where the first users and it is great. Appriciated by our boys. Sorry that we booked just 2 nights there, would have liked to stay at least a couple more days. Beautiful ample comfortable room, immaculately clean and the aircon works very well. From the verandah of the room I had the most beautiful view of the Lagoon and the hammock and the armchairs provided were great for relaxing and unwind. The place is located only minutes away from the beautiful Tangalle beach.The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend the Pearl Cave Cabanas and their restaurant

The owners are so kind and accomodating. They go above and beyond what is required of them. Their little boy also very kind. Staying here feels like a home away from home. The room and bathroom were enormous for a solo traveller. They provided a mosquito net and a stand fan. It is the basics but also a lovely way to detach and recharge from the hustle and bustle of city life. I would highly recommend to stay here for a homely feel and to be surrounded by nature and your thoughts.

We booked 3 nights and ended up staying 10 days. Beautiful surroundings, lovely garden perfect for relaxing in, and for our daughter to enjoy. Monkeys in the trees every morning. Amazing waking up to birds singing outside. The place is nice and simple. Rooms are very clean. Suranga, the owner was very kind and helpful. Plus, a great chef. We ate dinner a couple of times and loved it! And also, walking distance to a paradise beach and other local restaurants. Would definitely come back.

I have been to many places and cities in Sri Lanka. and I can confidently say that this is one of the best hotels. here you feel at home. when you swim in the pool, beautiful peacocks walk around. then you can feed them. real unity with nature. Delicious homemade breakfast is served here. There is a beach nearby, I liked to walk there on foot. you can also go to the city by tuk tuk if you need to go to the store. it's a great place and great people. I want to go back there again! ❤️

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful – so calm, relaxing, and perfect for a peaceful getaway 🥰. The rooms were fresh, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, and full of variety. In the evening, we enjoyed a delightful BBQ with a bonfire 🔥😊, which created such a warm and cozy atmosphere . Overall, it was definitely worth the price, and truly memorable. I would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation and great hospitality.

From the moment we entered, it felt like we had stepped into a dream. The hotel was a perfect mix of elegance and comfort. The room was a serene haven, decorated with thoughtful details that made us feel at home. The staff were beyond friendly and knew exactly when to offer help without being overbearing. We were only steps away from the beach, and the sound of the waves crashing at night was the perfect lullaby. The food was deliciuos especially the Sri Lankan dishes."Iddiappa & Pittu". We met amazing friend (Puppy🐶 )calls "Rubby" always with us at all. Property manager treat with us Traditional Milk with Kithul honey & drop us safety for our next destination from his car.Every details was perfect- a true escape from reality!!..
