The place is quite old but is very well organized and clean. I strongly recommend it for those who have intention to visit not just Sao Pedro do Sul, it is strategic to visit Aveiro, Agueda, Viseu and cities around it.

Very nice place! A beautiful spacious and modern loft, very luminous and welcoming! It was perfectly situated, in the « Plaça Republica ». All the historic places where close by, and we easily found a place to park. One of the nicest place we had in Portugal. Since it was a last minute deal it was really affordable! I highly recommend it!

Excellent hotel that pleasantly surprised us at every turn! We stayed here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are simply perfect - clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail: everything you need is provided - from a hair dryer and minibar to a complete first aid kit. The bathroom features quality cosmetics and all essential amenities, making the stay as comfortable as possible. The shared kitchen was a real discovery! It’s equipped with absolutely everything needed for cooking. You rarely find this in hotels, and it creates a special homely atmosphere. We even felt like staying longer and truly living in this cozy place. Really loved the private enclosed backyard - the perfect spot for evening relaxation in a peaceful setting. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The hotel is new, beautiful, and creates a sense of coziness from the very first moments. Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay!

my stay went exactly as I wanted. Only better. I wanted accommodation that was really surrounded by natural spaces, and that proved to be the case. I slept to the sound of the water falling into the waterfall right next to the bedroom area. Each bedroom door has a small window so you can open the door only after you've seen who's on the other side. The atmosphere of the staff is very homely, they made me feel at home, saying that they were always available, they even gave me suggestions for walks to do with interesting bush cutters. They told me I could pick oranges and tangerines from the property. Mr. José is attentive, and his posture conveys confidence and care for others. Ana is friendly and has a welcoming presence. I heard her talking to a child who asked her a lot of questions and she was very patient, answering all of them. The room was extremely comfortable, with a view of nature, the floor is heated, the blankets and pillows are comfortable, and the best thing is that the room doesn't have a ceiling light, but spots of light, which makes the room much more comfortable. there's no reception in the property but that's not a problem as the internet works well and you can make voice calls.
