I love owner family.They are so kind and friendly.The single room is super clean and a big enough.TV,air conditioner,refrigerator,Kettle,hair dryer,hanger for clothes,waters,coffee,very clean towels,everything you need is in the room.The location is very convenient.There are lots of food stands at the evening,a convenience store,ATM,cafes around the guest house.so close to old town.I would love to come back here again.

Lovely rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and will always help with any question. They also serve free fresh fruits every day, coffee and tea. There are a lot of cool cafes nearby too. I would return to this wonderful place again:))

It is more then a home. We came here after long way and bad mood. Noon the host did everything for us to feel good. She make a welcome sign, brought many games for the kids. Played with them and helped us with all the things we needed. The room was clean and neat. Basic but together with the common living room we got enough space.

Beautiful lobby, dining area, hosts are ki d and helpful, breakfast was very good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is very close to Chiang Mai Gate with much street food but far enough to be quiet.

The best place to stay in Chiang Mai! Beautiful and lovely!😍 The room I stayed was very clean and comfortable and the common place where you can have breakfast made me happy with the beautiful decoration. Above all things, the hosts(Manfred and Narumol) are one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life🥹❤️ They made my trip to Chiang Mai happier! And their two dogs(Nam and Chock) are the cutest dogs ever! I was gonna stay only one night but I stayed 3 nights at the end! You won’t regret staying here(TRUST ME!) Danke schön and see you soon hopefully☺️
