The breakfast is amazing, consisting of fruit, mango sticky rice, Pad Thai / fried rice, bread and coffee (honestly they had one of the best fried rice I tried in Thailand so far!). The owner and all of the staff are super super nice. We arrived quite early in the morning, a bit before 8am, and stopped by to drop the bags - they offered us breakfast, which was amazing! The room and the entire property are very clean. The location is good, inside the old town. The value for money is exceptional here. Highly recommend Ma Guesthouse in you are coming to Chiang Mai!

The host is a lovely lady with a beautiful soul, who gave us plenty of tips for exploring the city. We had a great stay in HeyHa House. The owners are adorable, very helpful and speak good English. The room is clean and well furnished They have snacks available so you can always get yourself a tea, a toast or a bottle of drinking water It is a bit far from the old town, but the location is nice, in a very local street, with a lot of food options and shops.

Everything! It was just amazing :) The recommendations for food, tours and things to do have been on point. And you really felt welcomed and appreciated. The absolute highlight was the breakfast with homemade bread and mango jam. Best bread we had in our 5 months of travel. We will return next week again, because we just loved it
