Wonderful guesthouse on Soi 3, Pattaya. Nice quiet friendly area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Walking distance to the beach, public transport (baht bus) and some of the livelier parts of town. The guesthouse itself is spotlessly clean and safe with friendly and helpful staff. All at a great price. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay 1 night stay at Splash. The check-in was fast and to the point. The room was clean, spacious and really nice. The staff was very helpful, friendly, smiling, funny. The location is second to none right in the heart of Pattaya. We spend the evening in the bar connected to the guesthouse. Played pool, played dart, and drank a couple of Double Bailey's on the rocks. We loved our stay and the price was really good value for money. We miss you already, guys. See you next time.
