Wonderful guesthouse on Soi 3, Pattaya. Nice quiet friendly area with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. Walking distance to the beach, public transport (baht bus) and some of the livelier parts of town. The guesthouse itself is spotlessly clean and safe with friendly and helpful staff. All at a great price. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at Siam guest house at least yearly for over a17 year period. I have seen the standard of the physical property rise thanks to renovations and upgrades during that time. The staff are always friendly and happy to help to give advice on places to visit or eat. It's all good if you want to relax in a cul-de-sac that is in a handy location.

Have stayed here several times now. Everything is as good as ever. Location perfect. Management excellent. Staff excellent. They fall over backwards to accommodate you. Couldn't ask for more.. as always my go to accommodation in Pattaya. Thankyou Derek and staff.
