I want to highlight the beautiful garden that A and E have, we spent there long hours in the afternoon after a full day at the beach. We also used to have breakfast there, enjoying the view and talking with them and other guests. It was 5 min walk away from the beach, and also 15 min walk from Ksamil center. This is perfect since the center was too crowded and chaotic. The room was well equipped, and if you missed anything you could ask the hosts and they would be always happy to help. Everything was super clean, they keep everything impolute.

Followed by coffee/tea, crepe and fresh fruits. I would recommend this place to anyone!

It is near some really good restaurants and a supermarket. You can also easily walk to a few different beaches from there (5-10 min walk), yet it is in a peaceful, family-friendly area. The room was spacious, with an attached bathroom, and has the basic amenities. The family that runs it is really sweet, too. They are very attentive to any needs or questions you have. There was a big breakfast that kept us very full each day. The vila is surrounded by lots of plants - grapes, pomegranate, flowers, etc. All in all, 100% recommended.
