Guethouse Mountain was exactly what we were looking for: authentic, private, and peaceful, with a beautiful location in the mountains. There was a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony, where we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We had fresh eggs from the property’s own hens for breakfast . Our host and the rest of the family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the host spoke good English. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable, firm beds and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Dinner could be ordered in advance, and it was possible to get sandwiches for hiking. All in all, a perfect place to enjoy the peace and nature of Valbone.

A buffet breakfast is available at the guest house. Guests can eat in the on-site restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and high tea. Outside the house is beautiful and traditional, but rooms are brand new, also the bathroom was renovated. The house has beautiful garden, with many sitting areas. The staff was very kind and we felt very welcome. We really liked the dinner they served us and the breakfast. We would love to come back to Stonehouse again!

If you want true Albanian family taste, come here. Great food, hosts are very helpfull with everything, have dinner option also for aditional 10€, wine, beer, anything. Asked for directions to the velbone - theth pass, host drove us to the start, and showed excact direction where to travel. Amazing, would come back for second and third time!
