We didn't know which road to take into the old town area and he came and rescued us and drove the car to his parking lot for us. The room was nicely decorated and clean and had a huge balcony.

The room heated up quickly with the ac, the water was very hot. We wanted to have our breakfast at 9:00 and it was all ready and delicious. Thank you for this nice experience. If we ever go back, we'd definetly stay here again.

The guesthouse itself is beautifully maintained, with a charming atmosphere that fits perfectly with the historic surroundings. The owners are truly the highlight of our stay. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Gjirokastra. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and memorable experience in this beautiful city!

They didn’t speak English, but we were able to communicate with their daughter over WhatsApp who was responsive and provided great information on our stay. We appreciated the location which was walking distance to old town. The views of both the mountains and the castle were incredible. The breakfast was delicious and generous, made with organic produce from their garden, and served with love. Highly recommend!

The guest house offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We had an absolute perfect experience with Bujtina Anlu. The views are spectacular, still it’s close to Gjirokastër. The room and breakfast were perfect, food was so delicious. But what makes this place special is the people - we had a problem with the car, we had a flat tire and a dead battery and they gave it all to help us - even managed to open a closed car repair nearby to bring us a new tire and found a guy who could load the battery. The hospitality was truly unmatched. We would like to recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for the best experience possible. Hope to see you guys again!
