Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia - Summercard included from may 15th was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. We were here for a short vacation. The place is run directly by the owner who is super nice and friendly. Always asks if we need something, always smiling, always super nice and positive. The pension has been renovated recently and is very nice and cosy. Breakfast was very good with delicious hot chocolate. The location of the pension is very quiet, yet close to the city center and ski lifts.

The room was very clean, freshly renovated and cozy. You can have a delicious breakfast on the balcony with a nice mountain view. The host is friendly and we had a good communication.

Although a bit far from central town, it is very easy to catch the bus within 5min walk. Really great host and great communication. All amenities listed and modern property. The apartment was spacious, newly renovated, and immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every appliance and utensil you could think of. A nice balcony with chairs allows you to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink in the evening looking out at the snow-covered Alps. This is also a working farm, so you get to see the sheep every day out in the pasture next to the apartments and get a taste of Bavarian countryside life. Many guests have cars, but if you don't, a bus into town stops right in front of the property every 15 minutes or so.
