Daniela welcomed us to the property and ran through important information upon check in. On the second evening of our stay, they were thoughtful enough to leave a basket of fresh towels and tissue paper outside our apartment. We didn’t need it however since the apartment was well-stocked and felt we didn’t need a change of towels. The property is conveniently located right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The bus runs every 15 minutes or so. The property also has terraces which give you a beautiful view of the mountains and grassland/farm land. Also just realized as I’m reviewing the property that they were lovely enough to have given us a room upgrade.

It gives very welcoming feeling right from the parking space. The host is super nice. I had an extraordinary experience of staying. I was late for a check-in but the host was just right there to accommodate me. The room exceeded my expectations and was a real value for the price. It was spacious, clean, cozy, with a nice flowered balcony with a view to a greenery and the mountains far at the horizont. It had a kitchen (10€ per day/use), but since I booked a breakfast option, i did not use it. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, all necessary cutlery and plates and dishes. The bed was super comfy. The room was also equipped with a table and a small sitting corner and a chair. There was also a TV and an additional small couch beside. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of a ham/cheese/bread/sweet jam/ yoghurt etc. the host was really caring and welcoming! Highly recommend! Perfect location close to Salzburgring (just ca 20 mins on foot). Super nice for work and leisure. Helped me a lot to pass my driving exam on a Salzburgring! I think I will return for my next holidays! 💓

It features an outdoor pool, free WiFi access, and en suite rooms with satellite TV. Great breakfast, guest card that allowed us to take public transportation to and back from Salzburg. Parked our car to the closest train station for free. Josef was helpful and gave recommendations.

This was the best hotel during our trip to Austria (in total there were 4 diferent hotels all in one prive category)!! Our family room was super clean, bathroom almost brand new, large parking near the hotel. Really good breakfast with even a salmon! Dear hotel - keep this level also for future!
