The boutique hotel is modern, comfortable and in the perfect location, only two blocks from the main square. The bathroom and the modern shower were so comfortable. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. I've had trouble sleeping in Bolivia because many places don't have good curtains that block out the light. Well, not here - it was perfect! They have a wooden door that leads out to an enclosed balcony and does such a great job blocking out the light! (see the photos). I slept the best ever here during my month in Bolivia...ahhhh :) Nelly (the receptionist) is super sweet and caring, always with a smile. The breakfast was pretty good and they have a restaurant in the evenings

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone in Sucre. It is clean, the host family are very attentive, and the walk into the centre is about 15 minutes and very scenic.

We felt like at home. Alex was always willing to help and gave us great recommendations for places to visit around the city. The location is perfect, right in the center: 15 minutes from the bus terminal, 2 minutes from the mercado central, and 5 minutes from the main square, where Bolivia’s Independence Museum is located. 100% recommended.

We were on the top floor so had an amazing view from the balcony. The owner was extremely lovely. The dog was adorable. It was quiet and peaceful. The rooms are far from the road so you dont hear the cars at night when you are trying to sleep. The outdoor area was also very lovely.
