Lino and his colleagues at the front desk were exceptional! The girls who served at the breakfast counter were always attentive to whatever I wanted and always smiling. The owner Neill, a great and very kind guy. The pousada's infrastructure, operation, and amenities are extraordinary. I've been to many pousadas in the area, and it's very rare to find such good-functioning showers and hot water.
