Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. The personnel was really kind, and the location was perfect for arriving and exploring. Also the balcony was really nice.

Marco was very attentive to our every request, constantly making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. It's rare for us to get such a good experience from hosts! Otherwise, the location was perfect for us, and having a parking spot nearby really helped us when we were arriving late at night from the Summerside Festival in a nearby town. The apartment itself was large and comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony we could relax at the end of a long day.

I had initially booked the wrong dates, but they kindly changed the reservation at no extra cost. On top of that, the lovely lady who welcomed us even upgraded us to a room with the most breathtaking views of the Alps. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
