The staff were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. When the heating in one of the rooms didn’t work, they immediately brought us a portable radiator. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary coffee, even though breakfast was not included in our booking. Despite our late arrival, the team kindly greeted us and accompanied us to our rooms to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The rooms themselves are newly renovated, very clean, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend !

Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is not untill 9am but when requested they arranged really good breakfast as “self service”. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

This hotel is situated in Meggen, just 700 metres away from Lake Lucerne. It offers an Italian restaurant with garden terrace. All rooms have a bathroom and cable TV. We loved everything about our stay and wished we had booked for longer. People were welcoming and friendly. Accommodation was amazing. There's lots to see and the church is a must!

The Sonnenberg Hotel in Kriens offers panoramic views over Lake Lucerne, the mountains and the forest, a Nespresso machine in every room, seasonal cuisine and free WiFi. 私の犬とこのホテルに滞在しました。犬は一泊２０フランでした（２０２３年７月現在）。彼らは犬用のマットと毛布、水飲み用のボウルを用意してくれました。交通手段はバスでした。宿泊者用のビジターカードが事前にメールで届き、それを提示すれば市内（エリア１０）のバス代は滞在中は無料でした。ホテルはかなり高い丘の上にあります。（丘の上には絶景が広がっています）バス停（ナンバー１のバス）からは午後６時まで運行するリフトがビジターカードで無料で利用でき、ホテルのすぐ近くに到着します。もう一つのバス停（ナンバー１０のバス）からは徒歩２０分ほどでホテルに到着します。部屋は清潔で鏡付きの洗面台があり、この洗面台の水道水は天然水由来の水で飲料として重宝します。（ホテル公認です）強力な送風機もあり、バスタオル、タオルも部屋にあります。共有トイレとバスルームも清潔でした。シャワーの温度や水圧も強力で満足でした。ボディ兼用シャンプーとドライヤーも備えていました。と丘の上にはベンチが点在しており、大抵そこが景観スポットになっています。ピラトゥス山やルツェルン市内と湖を一望できます。夕暮れ時の景色には感動しました。スタッフはフレンドリーでした！また行きたいです！
