Hostel Santa Cruz del Islote is located in the Corales Archipelago of the San Bernardo Islands, on the islet of Santa Cruz.

The location of the Hostel is ideal for snorkeling and diving short courses. I can only recommend this hostel! We had such a great time, it's a perfect spot to hang out and swim in the blue water (we had the hostel almost to ourselves). They cook for you freshly every meal and you can say what you want (fish, meat, vegetarian..), the food was soooo good! :) The staff is very helpful and friendly, we also had a very great plankton tour organised by the hostel. They also have a great music playlist :). Thank you!

At Posada Shekinah Barú, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and high tea and serves Caribbean cuisine. + in the quiet area of the beach + small family run hotel, very friendly hosts + fresh food, good prices for Baru + sunbeds + positive vibes + balcony and hammocks I just love this place and I would definitely come again! It’s sooo relaxing and the owners are super friendly! Wished I could stay longer!

Located right on the beach, it’s close to restaurants and little shops. The rooms are nice and there is good quality wifi. Juan is also an excellent host, always on hand to help or answer questions. Would recommend.

If you want to relax on the isles, you might just do it in the hotel where you have sunbeds, hammocks and armchairs with direct view onto the sea. Kayaks and snorkeling equipments can be used for free. Since the hotel is located in the sea, the facilities are rather simple but everything is clean and well maintained. You can also book tours directly in the hotel. Loved it, would anytime go back!

Secure…wonderful location. I have stayed here numerous times.

Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The best thing about this place is the location. It's right on the water and contrary to other accomodations in the island you can walk to the village and anywhere you want. The tours they offer are absolutely fantastic (snorkeling, swimming with plâncton and canoe trip through the manglares), and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. The food is good and the price is very fair. Absolutely recommend (:

The traditional restaurant at the guest house serves Latin American cuisine, and is open for dinner and lunch. Great location and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Pizzas were lovely but dinner was not so much. And spent only one night and think it’s a great value for money.
