Excellent stay in the beautiful village of Tintern. The hotel was well situated and had comfortable and unique rooms in what was a former farmhouse. The staff were excellent and the restaurant was superb.

We were also impressed by the stunning view from our room, which added an extra special touch to our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and personal experience. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re back in this area.

Good breakfast options including pancakes with streaky bacon, full english, smoked salmon, advocado. Delicious fruit compote. Warn and generous couple who couldn't do enough to make our stay a happy one - they advised on local things to do and see which was very helpful.

Town centre is a minutes walk away. Great access to the river too, and the nearby bars and walks. The flat was great, and had everything I needed for a few days, including cooking facilities. With a sofa, double and single room, I was tempted to ask to buy it!
