We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was comfy and clean and we had our own big bathroom. We have been served a traditional cooked breakfast (you could also choose vegetarian options). We also had a great dinner at the pub that's right next door. Free WiFi is available in all public areas, and free private parking is possible on site. Very sweet place in Balloch, cosy and quiet. With a pub and a restaurant, the staff is lovely as well. Food is served all day and the bar has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere and a real log fire. I really enjoyed the privacy and charm of the room. Food in the restaurant is a must (try the steak pie). Also the location is superb. So much to do close by (check out the website for great tips). The staff was really helpful too.

The en-suite was stylish and the shower was very good. The Scottish cooked breakfast was delicious and I ate it before I remembered that I should have taken a photo! First class accommodation and welcome.
