Among the facilities at this property are luggage storage space and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is situated 200 metres from Ploce Gate. The location was great… inside the walls of Old Town, quiet and away from crowds. It was a clean, modern oasis. The hosts provided a parking space for us, to avoid the cost of parking (although they said this would not always be available). They put a lot of thought and care into the comfort and quality of this room. We loved the shower!

The property features sea and garden views, and is 500 metres from Orlando Column. The guest house has private entrance. The Sea Rocks is a lovely oasis just outside the Old City walls. It was nice to be able to escape the crowds and relax on the roof top terrace or on the garden terrace. With the sea breeze and sound of the crashing waves, it was a slice of heaven. We stayed in the deluxe sea view room, it was very spacious and well appointed. Everything in the room was well thought out and very comfortable. Not to mention, the view was incredible! Breakfast is not included, however, there is yogurt and fresh fruit as well as tea, coffee and juices. If you want a cooked breakfast, I would recommend Dubravka 1836 which is about a 1 minute walk from the residence. If you are into swimming and kayaking, it is just steps away. Everything is conveniently located. I highly recommend the Sea Rocks Residence!
