The hosts were true gems, offering helpful advice on walks and tips for visiting the park. The meals served on-site were delicious, and we loved the self-service setup for drinks, coffee, cake, and fresh fruit – a really nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect after a long day of walking, and soaking in the bath afterward felt like pure luxury. The courtyard and outdoor spaces were beautiful and peaceful. A must-try is the homemade cherry liqueur made by Dominic's grandma – it was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly highly recommend this place.

Very nice room (3), AC, super quiet and location is excellent for a visit in the Plitvickie Jezera- 6 min walk to the entrance 1. The host was extremely nice and helpful- have a meal in their restaurant-10% off!

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. Free WiFi is available and free parking is provided. The room was new, big and nice, and perfectly clean (100%). Staff was kind (they even called us to confirm our arrival time). Free parking in front of building. Parking available after check-out, so we walked to Plitvice entrance 2 in 15 min (staff showed us the direction). Restaurant next to the accommodation. Really recommended.

The Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1 is within 13 km of the guest house. The guest house features family rooms. Such a lovely host and hostess. A beautiful property. This was the place which had a great sunset view. Quite place and so well organized. Our room was in 2nd floor and right opposite to the room we were supplied with cutlery, water bottles, fridge and all essentials. It is slightly far from any hotels or restaurants, hence having Cutlery made us eat our food nicely. It was summer with 30 degrees and we had a fan in the room which was so good to beat the heat. The best part was when we were exiting at 6.30AM or so quietly, the host runs down to wish us safe travels and a wave! Made me realize that you don't always need to know the language to communicate!!! Thank you for taking care of us so well. Your gesture reminded us of our home where they come out, wave us goodbye and wish us good luck!!
