Nice room in a lovely house, outside the city center yet close enough to walk or take a bus to the center. The property is in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. Hosts very very friendly and helpful. Despite arriving in the middle of the night due to flight delays, someone stayed up and waited for us to give us the keys to our rooms.

When we arrive, Tia, the lady in charge, welcomed us with warmth and care. She went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs and even keep a contact number for enquiries after hours. The place is beautiful and cozy and the environment made my family feel at home and safe. The area is really beautiful, and family friendly and my kids (7 and 5) got to enjoy next to Malahide castle, one of the biggest playgrounds in all of Ireland. This was recommended by Tia aswell. It was an amazing experience, the facilities are practical and convenient and they have unlimited water, tea and coffee for the guests. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this charming hotel and I will highly recommend to my friends and family.

All guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a coffee machine. We liked everything. The initial welcome in the sitting room was a beautiful touch. Adrieni, our host was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, MOUNT BARKER is set in Swords, 4.4 km from Dublin North Suburb. This guest house offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The property offers soundproof units and is located 13 km from Portmarnock Golf Club. The breakfast was plentiful and in our individual fridge for the three night stay. We had use of the kitchen and had storage space for more food if we brought any. There was a pleasant dining room a bit like a cosy cafe or bistro. The house was spotless and room was comfortable and airy. Gillian was the perfect host and even lent me her raincoat as I was going to a concert and hadn’t come prepared for rain after spell of hot weather. She also gave great hints and tips for travelling the local area and pubs to go to. We will return and wish her all the best with her fabulous guest house. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet location in the Wicklow mountains, close enough to Dublin so we could drive to the airport as this was our last stay on our trip. The room was very nice and comfortable and there was a kitchen as well that we could use. The host was very kind and helpful.

The guest house is less than a 10 minute' walk from Howth DART station, and a 2 km walk from Howth Castle and the National Transport Museum of Ireland that is situated in its grounds. There is also the Hurdy Gurdy Radio Museum based out of the Martello Tower, directly above the King Sitric. There are extensive walking paths and golf courses in the area. End of road location was great walking in pier and around the quaint village was delightful. Your man at the desk was outstanding!

The property features a sunken guest lounge, with leather seating and an open fire. Great service and wonderful location. Walking distance to so many things. Wonderful staff and beautiful decor. The breakfast was unbelievable. 5 stars to everyone involved.
