We were offered a welcome coffee and cookies and given instructions on all the amenities and directions to the various tourist attractions. The hostel's location is perfect, very close to the main attractions, which can be reached using the various buses that stop is very close to the hostel. The city center is also easily accessible on foot or by bus. The bus to the lake also stops just a few meters from the hostel. Bonus: there's a lake not far from there, so it's extremely recommend by the location as well.
