Check in was very easy, clear directions from the owners, and since it was paid we didn't have any restrictions. Loved it.

Self check-in and check-out process was easy and there was parking space available for each cabin, so, no problem moving heavy luggage. It was spacious, well heated and located on a quiet location 5 minutes away from Ring Road. Seljalandsfoss and Gljufrabui are 10 minutes away.

The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, and luggage storage for guests. Probably the cutest stay during our while trip! The staff was super nice and they served a really good lamb soup for a reasonable price. Everything was perfect!

Bitra Guesthouse is a 40-minute drive from Reykjavík. Thingvellir National Park and Geysir are 50 km away. Northern Lights spotting is possible during winter. We had a great stay at the guesthouse on top of the hill. The location is great next to the cross roads of Golden Circle and the road to south coast. The facilities were in really great shape and the rooms were comfy and clean.

This guest house is non-smoking and soundproof. Easy check-in, quick wapp response to question. Very new building, so everything still nice and new. Room was of a good size, everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, great shower. Room has outside door which leads onto a patio. Nice views outside of the mountains and also some horses nearby. Very big and clean shared kitchen area, that also includes a sitting area with couches. Great location, very near Gullfoss waterfall. We did not use the kitchen for dinner, only for breakfast, and it had everything we needed. We were the only guests which made for a lovely quiet stay.

Set 39 km from Geysir, Minniborgir Cabins features accommodation in Minni-Borg with access to a hot tub. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house has private entrance. I’d recommend this stay for everyone but especially for groups or families since it is a whole house. The kitchen’s equipment was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. It was better than I thought it would be! Definitely will come back for this one!

Also a two shower rooms are available which was a nice detail considering the fact that it was a shared bathroom.
