The hotel is at the beautiful bikini beach, in my opinion at the nicest part of the beach. I loved that I was able to do everything in one place, sleeping, eating, enjoying the beach and water sports (a rental place just next to the hotel). The food of the hotels restaurant is really good. They were very flexible with check in and check out and organized transportations from Malé and back.

It's a guesthouse in the Maldives so don't expect a 5 star hotel or resort, but do expect a great accommodation with lovely hosts. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Midsummer. Rafiq was a wonderful and hospitable host. He was always smiling, had breakfast and coffee ready and kept both the common areas and room well kept.
