The rooms are simple and clean and everything you need is there (and if not, you can ask, and they will surely help you, like for the hairdryer, thank you). the shampoo was so good!!!! The staff at breakfast were so nice!!! and the breakfast was tasty! I even bought their jam! the staff will help you find and book tours in the city and nearby areas - the tours are so great! And you can pay in the hotel, which is very convenient and safe!! We LOVED San Cristobal and staying in Ocho Barrios!

I felt like at home. I was allowed to check in much earlier. When I came back to grab my backpack a few hours after check out, I was offered a clean towel and a possibility to take a shower before boarding on a bus. I don't think I have ever seen such client-friendly service anywhere else. WiFi signal is very strong and stable. The surroundings are quiet. The rooms are clean, beds comfy. I totally recommend this place!

The best accommodation we stayed at so far during our Mexico trip! It is an apartment with two rooms (not just a room), clean, comfortable and spacious. Few of bonuses of this apartment that are worth to mention: super nice staff and owners, free water and coffee, free breakfast (fruit, granola, chocolate drink), great wifi, balcony, amazing vibe of the propery. They let us check-in earlier (which we appreciate heavily as we spent the night in the bus). We extended our stay for extra 2 nights. Best value for money so far.

The neighbourhood is nice and quiet with a lot of street art.
