With an outdoor pool and a garden, GuestHouse 1109 is located in the centre of Maputo, 20 minutes’ walk from the beach. It offers on suite accommodation and free WiFi throughout. Pretty well everything, the room was comfortable and clean and had a very hot shower, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, there was a useful little honestly bar, the greeting on arrival was friendly, there was an inviting swimming pool, in a central safe and quiet location comma even the unpertentious name is endearing. And less than £50 per night

We liked the location, and walked everywhere by foot from the property. The area felt safe and there were several cute looking restaurants and cafés not far away. There is a small kitchen as well, so we were able to make ourselves breakfast. The pool looked clean.
