You feel welcomed the moment you enter the gate. They have created such cozy spaces for guests and the provide great amenities like coffee and tea, toast and other small breakfast items. I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! This place is wonderful - a destination in itself. Excellent hosts, excellent accommodations, excellent views. A historic house that you would not want to miss! We had dinner there and it was delicious. Well worth the short drive from Blenheim, you won't find better than this, it is a great value. Hope to be back again in the future!

Loved free and easy access to kayaks and associated gear. Also good tips about glowworms and bioluminescence. It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Great to use the spa in a picture prefect place. Good tea, coffee, hot chocolate, oreo cookies and special blend coffee's was outstanding also cold waters in fridge and 1 litre of Real milk! Cozy bathrobes to use and large spa towels. Shower was great and an out of this world incinderating toilet! Styled nicely and was cozy and inviting. Definitely recommend.
