If I could give Ziah's Guest House more than five stars, I would definitely do so. And if someone would ask me to describe this place in just a few words, these will be: "A hidden island of genuine hospitality and welcoming visitors to Port Barton." Located just out of Port Barton, Ziah's is in an easy walking distance (10 min) to town's center and beach, but, yet, it is quiet and free of noise compared to other places. It is a small place with just four rooms, but it offered me all what I needed: clean and comfortable room, hot shower, strong WiFi, good communal kitchen. But the real "cherry on top of the cake" were my hosts: June and Janice. A couple with cheerful daughter, they also teach at the local school. I am very grateful to them for taking perfect care of all my needs, requests, questions, etc. Big THANKS June and Janice!

The rooms are so comfortable and the whole place is incredibly aesthetic. All the staff were so lovely and even gave us some fresh aloe vera from their personal plant for some sun burn. No questions asked will be staying here again!

The hosts couldn’t have done more for us, so friendly and helpful. The shop has everything you need and they are always on site if you have questions. We rented a bike from them and had breakfast there too and were really happy with their service. The room is nice with the shared kitchen and toilet. The location is good and the price is affordable!

Mendoza Park is 4.9 km from the guest house, while Palawan Museum is 4.9 km from the property. Puerto Princesa Airport is 1 km away. Second time we were here. It is not far from Puerto Princesa and the airport. The service is first class and the crew is like a family. Good place if you want to stay at a peaceful place and close to nature.

Duli Beach Resort is located on the beachfront in El Nido, 2.2 km from Bucana Beach. The inn has a terrace and sea views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar.

At the inn, each room comes with a balcony. Guest rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. All round exceptional. This is the best hotel I've been to (and I've travelled a lot) if you want an off grid holiday somewhere peaceful, on a beautiful beach, super friendly team and owners. If you have a good book and like the ocean, you'll be happy here for days. There is intermittent cell signal (but strong signal with both smart and globe five mins up the beach). Starlink for much of the day. Battery powered fans and lights in the bedroom. Generator (not noisy) during day for charging devices and battery packs. You can absolutely remote work here. I loved how friendly the other guests were. It meant I could dip in and out of hanging in the cafe and reading my book or chatting to them and the owners. Very safe, with owners sleeping on site plus overnight security. Top tip, chat to owners before you book about what you want to get up to. They are amazing and will give you a frank answer about whats possible/realistic. Ultimately this isn't a five star all inclusive resort - it's a bit bouncy to get to and you don't have air con etc. But gosh it's amazing. I wish I'd stayed longer.

Place is wonderful, in a small village beside the main city, place is squeaky clean, the design is great, the owner is friendly, the restaurant beside on the left of the entrance has very nice food and the lady that runs it is very friendly, overall this place is recommended for a peace of mind stay.

Situated in San Vicente and within 500 metres of Port Barton Beach, Jeno Tourist Inn has a garden, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. This 1-star inn offers a tour desk. Guests can enjoy mountain views. The owner helped us a lot with reserving tours and helped us to get discounts. We rented a scooter from Jeno cheaper than rentals on the street. Jeno is very attentive and helped us with everything in Port Barton. The room was comfortable and we asked for AC, because the days were hot. Good price for value. Definitely recommend.

Located within a few steps of El Nido Beach and 600 metres of Caalan Beach, Chislyk Inn provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in El Nido. Facilities include a terrace and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We were lucky enough to be in the only room that directly faces the beach - I loved being able to sit at the balcony and view the craziness of El Nido from a distance! The room had airco, a fan, a fridge, and access to potable water, which is always not the case in places in Palawan. I loved that we could close the huge window/door, see the see and the beach and not being seen during the day (once you experience it, you'll know what I mean!). Make sure you request the room with the balconi on the beach! The location is perfect, as it it is right before the craziness in town starts. The owner was extremely kind and helpful! She even noticed we were trying to leave a day earlier :D! The room and the entire place was extremely clean, with bed-sheets changed every day and a nice smell of laundry all day long. I highly recommend this place if you want to adventure in the crazy. mass-tourism, El Nido town!
