The cottage was clean and cozy, with a fireplace adding a special touch of warmth. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, though we missed having shower gel. The hotel’s pool was warm, and there weren’t too many people. The restaurant was also good – simple but tasty food at reasonable prices. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. I believe this place is even better in the summer. We would love to come back again!

I particularly enjoyed the mushroom toastie with Greek salad and the cream cheese filled pancakes and my husband loved the scrambled eggs. Our room was large and airy with lots of natural light from the windows. It was comfortable with a table and chair and sofa to relax on, as well as a fridge and kettle, so we felt really at home. The en suite shower was well designed with plenty of hot water. The decor was tastefully executed and the owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English
