It's the perfect accommodation for an adventure trip to São Miguel Island. It's in the perfect location, easy check-in, very clean, and has all the amenities (washing machine, kitchen, etc.).

The house is crazy beautiful with a wonderful garden and a huge mammut tree that looks like from the jungle. The whole estate looks like painted. Everything is very calm, the personal incredibly friendly (they made us a breakfast at 4:15!!), the breakfast very tasty and high quality, the room was beautiful with a wonderful view and and furniture full of Stil, we slept like babies. Eventho we were almost the only guests due to off season, they prepared the whirl pool for us, so we could go into the whirl pool under the stars. Whoever wants a extraordinary wonderful place to stay this is perfect and we can highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at a newly built hotel in Ponta Delgada for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The modern design and fresh ambiance were immediately noticeable. We used the convenient self-check-in option, which was quick and easy. Despite our early morning checkout, the hotel kindly prepared a special breakfast for us, showcasing their excellent service. The hotel featured a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor and an inviting pool area, though we didn't have time to use the pool.

Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The accommodation features full-day security and a housekeeping service for guests. Very good communication in advance of my stay. Located in the middle of the island, about 1/2 an hour's drive away from the airport, a logistically convenient starting point for all excursion on the island. Secure and free parking places at the port about 500m away. Freshly converted guest house with around 6 rooms in the middle of the town. Everything is functional and very tastefully decorated. Perfect fast WiFi, sockets, AC, small fridge, open wardrobe and great shower. Had quiet room facing the inner court. Nice pool, but didn't use it. Breakfast of very good quality and quantity. Different types of rolls, toast, croissants, local cheese, coffee tabs from Nestle, egg dishes upon request. I loved Maria's omelet ;-) Overall, an incredibly friendly, warm and communicative young lady, I enjoyed the time and conversations with her! PQR very good.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of sea, Solar de Santo André is a guest house situated in a historic building in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao. The property features pool and garden views, and is 24 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon. The accommodation provides a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. We had a phenomenal stay at Solar de St. André. We stayed for a week and were blown away by the standard of the accommodation and the fantastic hospitality. Eduarda and her team are brilliant and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We were always made to feel welcome and were even invited to a nearby concert, which was excellent. Marina deserves a special mention as she not only prepared fab breakfasts each morning, but gave us local advice, recommendations and just nice chit chat! Our room - the blue room - had everything we needed, super clean, well appointed and quiet. Comfortable bed. The hotel is like a museum, everything is charming and quaint but also modern and well-finished. Breakfast selection was always great, local produce and coffee always on hand . We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place.

Daniel, the host, is very attentive and willing to make the best of our stay.

At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The property is situated in Ponte Delgada, few minutes walk to the centre with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The parking area was easily accessible and only a few meters from the house. Emanuel was there to meet us when we arrived, and he was always reachable when we needed - a very nice host! :) He recommended places to visit and really good restaurants. The house has a common kitchen area and outdoor area which was always kept clean and tidy. Our room had a balcony overlooking the parking area, which we enjoyed having breakfast or a drink.
