You can even take a boat-taxi to the beach from there (about a 30 minute ride, though) for little money. Good service, in the evening you can sit down at the bar and have a nice chat with Levent, the owner, who gets help from his daughters and wife, too. All very nice people with a positive attitude. The view is great, too, and as all pensions there, they are friendly to stray cats.

Don't think twice. Location is safe too, I was a solo female traveler.

Opposite this restaurant you will find a cheap rowboat for getting to the other side of the river where you can walk to the ancient Kaunos site.
