Great hotel. Very modern. Feels like a 4 star hotel. Typical Hilton experience. comfortable bed, spacious room, tv, nice bathroom, great reception, guest laundry, parking space, etc. Is a 7min uber from the airport and it is not at all one of the airport hotels... Since i was not driving I could walk 16min and take the caltrain to the city so that was a plus. I arrived at 2am and no problems to walk in late in the lobby. Staff is great. Used the laundry also very convenient for 7usd clean and dry all my clothes.

This conveniently located hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from San Francisco International Airport. It provides guests with many amenities and services. including a paid shuttle service to San Francisco.

Being on the bay was great. The inner atrium is relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Having a free happy hour every night and a great breakfast each morning is a plus. Indoor pool is fun. The staff are amazingly nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great place to stay between flights or for a visit to the Bay Area.

Breakfasts was great!! Everything was so fresh and eggs + waffles were even made to order. Great staff too, they really make the hotel. They were so good with our children!

Great location to food and attractions, and they were helpful in helping us access all forms of transportation. The view from my window was breathtaking. I felt very welcomed. Staff was great, very helpful, and super accommodating, even at check out. The bell hop was Awesome!

First off, the front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful room with a great view. Very close walking distance to the Union Square Christmas event! The bar on the 46th floor was such a great experience! What a great view! Thank you!

This downtown San Francisco hotel is 1 block from Union Square and the Hallidie Plaza, which features a cable car stop.

The room I have is spacious and staff there are friendly. The hotel is new and very near to hop on hop off bus stop. Walking distance to Union Square as well. The most important, provide service to keep the luggage which I saw many of San Francisco Hotel doesn't provide this service.
