The host has provided everything that is needed for a short stay. The property clean, the beds comfortable, thick towels, good fridge and although we didn’t cook anything there were adequate dishes provided. The tv was a smart one with good reception. The room was well lit with plenty of sunshine and although it was an extremely hot night Kyneton cooled down quickly allowing us to have a wonderful sleep as the location was quiet. Next time , we will stay more nights and take the opportunity to have a walk along the river before breakfast. Thank you Kirsten for all your efforts to make our stay exceptionally good.😊

Amazing spacious house located just minutes from Romsey and Lancefield. It accommodated 8 Audults comfortably. The property is on a farm with plenty of privacy and great for a quite getaway with friends or family. Nick the host was great to talk to and made communication very easy. Everything is provided, even some goodies in the pantry and fridge. Will definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Everything was clean and anything you could possibly need was provided. There was even a “where to find it”list on the fridge! Breakfast supplies and pantry stock exceeded expectations. Great informational app and attentive host make for an all round perfect stay in a comfortably appointed cottage.
